Store Management Roles (Part-Time or Full-Time)
As Store Manager, you’ll own the full operation, leading with confidence, building high-performing teams, and setting the pace in a fast-changing retail environment. You’ll lead from the front and create a store where customers love to shop and colleagues are proud to work in. This is a role for resilient, commercial, inspiring leaders who bring clarity, accountability and ambition to every part of the operation, from standards and service to profit and people.
Facilities Manager (Full-Time)
The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining the company’s property assets, ensuring compliance with legislation and budgets, and providing a safe environment for staff and customers. They will advise on emerging issues and propose preventive actions. While this is not an ‘on the tools’ role, there will be occasions where a willingness to take a hands-on approach is required, to ensure business operations continue, customers are safe and have a good shopping experience.
Facilities Assistant (Full or Part-Time)
The Facilities Assistant will support the Facilities Manager in inspecting and maintaining the company’s property assets, ensuring compliance with legislation, and providing a safe environment for staff and customers. They will advise the Manager on emerging issues to allow preventative actions to be implemented.
Management Accountant/Finance Manager (depending on experience)
We are recruiting for a key role within our finance team, supporting both Creasey’s Department Store and M&S Guernsey. The role provides financial support across core accounting activities, assists with project work, and contributes to the wider finance team’s objectives. This can be a full or part-time position, and flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
Operations Assistant Full Time (part-time may be considered)
Duties to include driving so applicants must have a valid driving licence.
Operations Assistant
Our Operations Assistants help keep things running behind the scenes. Stock rotation, deliveries, a tidy stock room and some driving to move stock between our warehouse and stores.
Customer Advisor – Food
Working in one of our 3 food stores, Customer Advisors are at the sharp end of our company. Whether they are filling stock on the shelves, working on the till, answering customers queries or ensuring the correct actions are taken with date restricted goods, we couldn’t function without them.
