Store Management Roles (Part-Time or Full-Time)
As Store Manager, you’ll own the full operation, leading with confidence, building high-performing teams, and setting the pace in a fast-changing retail environment. You’ll lead from the front and create a store where customers love to shop and colleagues are proud to work in. This is a role for resilient, commercial, inspiring leaders who bring clarity, accountability and ambition to every part of the operation, from standards and service to profit and people.
Driver (20 hrs per week – 5 x 4hr shifts Mon-Fri)
We are looking for an experienced driver to move stock from our warehouse to stores and between stores. Some lifting and manual work is involved but full training will be given. Operations Assistant
Our Operations Assistants help keep things running behind the scenes. Stock rotation, deliveries, a tidy stock room. This is a busy and physical role that would suit anyone looking to be active at work. Starting rate of pay is £15.83 which increases with experience and capability. Occasional weeks are spent on-call and these attract a £100 bonus payment and call outs are paid at double time (if during unsociable hours) with a minimum 2 hr call out payment. Customer Advisor – St Martins (various hours)
Customer Advisors are at the sharp end of our company. Whether they are filling stock on the shelves, working on the till, answering customers queries or ensuring the correct actions are taken with date restricted goods, we couldn’t function without them. Customer Advisor – St Martins 5pm to 8pm
